The Flying robot frame is a high-end component used to build Robots.
Note that while the frame itself can be built by hand, many of its components and subcomponents cannot. Batteries require a Chemical plant, and Electric engine units use Lubricant (from another Chemical Plant) and Engine units (which require Assembling machines).
