[[Basic oil processing]] has the perfect output ratio for flamethrower ammo (1 light oil : 1 heavy oil), so a refinery can be dedicated to producing it, generating excess [[Petroleum gas]]. Since the chemical plant produces faster than the refinery, it will not produce ammo the entire time.
