Liquids are fluids or gases.
In v0.9 new liquids like crude oil or petroleum gas were added.

Types of Liquids
Besides the different usage, there is no physical difference between them. Every liquid has the same fluidity, needs the same energy to heat and so on.

Using Water to Generate Power
You can use every type of liquid, but hot water is the obvious solution.
