Trees are objects placed on map creation. They are the main (and only) source of Raw wood. They are not placeable. Trees have 20 to 50 health.
Chopping wood
Popular methods of getting rid of trees include:
- Mining with Iron axe, Steel axe (*)
- Deconstruction planner (*)
- grenading
- poison
- Driving a Tank over trees
- Shooting swaths of trees with a gun, preferably a Shotgun, Combat shotgun
(*) usable to collect wood. Others just destroy trees, leaving no Raw wood to be collected.

Trees reduce pollution by the following amount:
